I'm using lotion instead of an all-in-one.

I know it would be good to start with toner, but they said it was a hassle and only applied lotion. So I switched them to an all-in-one product, but they said it was too watery and just apply lotion instead. I'm worried that their skin might get damaged from doing only this.
