Men use foundation a lot these days, right?

There must be many good sunscreens and skin-tone base products available for young men, right? I'm planning to give this as a gift to my younger brother, who dislikes skincare, but I don't know anything about men's products. I think he would use it well if I told him to keep it in the car and apply it while on the go. My brother usually refuses to use sunscreen if it leaves a white cast because he has to rub it in for a long time, so I'd like something that doesn't leave a white cast easily.
