Please recommend a cost-effective electric shaver.

My electric shaver broke down, so I need to buy a new one... Which one would you recommend?

I am currently using the Braun 3 Series, but I don't think the shave is very clean, so I'm thinking of trying a different product.

Would it be okay to go for a Braun 7 Series or higher?

I don't have much facial hair, so I'm a bit worried... There's quite a price difference between the 3 Series and the 7 Series.

Or are there other products?
