Do acne scars disappear naturally?

A large pimple on my face has turned into something that looks like hyperpigmentation. Will it go away if I leave it alone?

Or do I need to receive separate treatment?

I usually just put on a patch after popping a pimple, but should I at least apply Fucidin?
