Failed beauty item I bought with my own money

I bought Neutrogena hand cream because I heard it was good. However, when I apply it, it spreads white and feels sticky.

It takes a long time to apply.

It doesn't absorb well.

And even after it was absorbed, it was so sticky that I ended up washing my hands. I bought and used it because it was heavily advertised and supposedly good, but it was a complete failure.
