It comes in a pretty package with a tassel(?) like this... The tube looks like a shiny PE tube. It opens by twisting.

The scent is a bit hard to describe—it smells a bit like grass, and kind of like plastic. Anyway, it is a subtle, light fragrance, closer to the scent found in the international cosmetics sections of Olive Young than Etude.
