I purchased this product that way as well; it’s great for applying generously, so I keep it on my vanity and dining table. Since I tend to wash my hands frequently, I prefer something light and refreshing rather than too greasy or heavy. If you are looking for something super moisturizing and full of nutrients, I don't think this product will be suitable for you.
