I don't remember where I bought it, but you can probably easily purchase it anywhere. I bought it a long time ago, but I'm still using it well.

This is convenient because it stays in place automatically when you curl slightly wet hair, so you don't need any separate pins. I find myself using it often. You don't necessarily have to use it right after a shower; if needed before heading out, just wetting your hair slightly and leaving it on for about 10 minutes is enough to get the desired effect.

I have wavy hair that always sticks out uncontrollably, so I'm using this well.
