I sometimes use this on my cheeks and jawline when my face is swollen. Since it is made of stone, I recommend putting it in the refrigerator to cool it down before using it; it feels like it is more effective. I bought two and used them on both sides at once, which cut the time in half and was great. Actually, the best way to get rid of swelling is simple stretching or exercise, but this is a good option to use when you are too lazy to do even that.
