Frizzy hair from a curling iron

I want to straighten my frizzy hair with a curling iron.

It's not working well. How can I straighten it out properly?

After I set the temperature to around 150~160,

Should I increase the temperature when using the hair iron?

I'm worried my hair will get damaged quickly if I make it too high.

Please tell me how to straighten it out properly!!
