Please recommend a good brush for tangled hair!!!!!

My hair is dyed and bleached, so it feels like a broom. 😭😭

Especially when wet, you won't even be able to put your hand in.

I also want to have shiny hair that blows in the wind, but my hair is such a mess that I don't even bother to comb it anymore.

Please recommend a brush that combs well, regardless of price!!!
