Rainy Season Essential! Flyaway Hair Fixer

I have a lot of baby hairs, and the reason is that whenever the seasons change, I lose a lot of hair, only to have it grow back in large quantities. As a result, the short hairs that grow in stick up here and there like chestnut burrs.
