Hair vinegar that makes hair soft

Yves Rocher hair vinegar is famous, right?

Maybe it's because I use anti-hair loss shampoo, but whenever my hair feels stiff, I pour a little of this at the end of my treatment. I can feel it becoming soft, and I like the subtle raspberry scent.

But I think it's defective; the cap in the middle that controls the volume has completely slipped inside, and I can't take it out.

It's a bit tricky because you just have to pour it in yourself, but since my hair is long, it wasn't a big problem haha.
