Use hair fixer to fix flyaway hairs

My hair gets frizzy on rainy days.

I tried using a hair fixer to hold my flyaways in place, but it doesn't look natural and feels a bit greasy.

It is a style with bangs, but since they aren't full bangs, they feel stiff and there is some splitting.

Maybe it's because I'm so clumsy, but how do you hold your hair in place?
