Seborrheic dermatitis

I'm a woman with really severe seborrheic dermatitis, so I'm currently using an over-the-counter shampoo, but I'm worried because it seems too strong. ㅠㅠ Is there anyone else who has the same concerns as me? ㅠㅠ
