I always make sure to apply hair oil during the rainy season because it gets frizzy and uncomfortable. This product nourishes dry, brittle hair, and it isn't very sticky. So, it's great and easy to use during the rainy season. You can use it on both wet and dry hair, but I usually apply it to dry hair. Give it a try at Olive Young!!
