Are there any cost-effective products for scalp care?

This is the Argan Glow Hair Oil I am currently using. I use it because it smells nice and is affordable.

I heard that you absolutely have to use hair oil after getting a perm.

I don't get perms often. The problem is that my hair is too fine and weak. Of course, because of that, I have really little hair.

Whenever I go to the hair salon, I always hear worried comments. That is why I want to have healthy hair.

To do that, I guess I need to start by taking good care of my scalp, right? Please recommend some good scalp care products. Ideally, I’d like something affordable and cost-effective.

I'm really worried because I have so little hair and energy. Lately, it's also itchy, maybe because of the sweating.
