I'm trying to set my perm curls with Mise-en-scène Curling Essence. Maybe because it's been so long since I last got a perm, the curls aren't coming out well; even using fine rollers, they seem to be loosening. I'm applying the curling essence carefully while my hair isn't fully dry.
