Gray hair management

Last year, they were just growing here and there, but now that this year has come... there are... so many gray hairs ㅠㅠ

There's a limit to how many you can pull out... I feel like I'll go bald if I keep pulling them all out.

How do you all manage your gray hair?

I'm hesitant to dye my hair because it's too damaged.

There are a lot of gray hair shampoos out there; are they effective?
