DIY hair dye

I'm starting to get a lot of gray hairs now.

I can't bring myself to pluck them out because I'm afraid I won't have enough hair later...

I think I need to dye my hair. Are there any DIY hair dyes that I can use by myself?

I'd like a product that damages my hair as little as possible.
