Meanwhile, high product prices were cited as a source of dissatisfaction for Musinsa, 29CM, and Kream, along with opinions that product recommendations were poor, reviews were scarce, and benefits were unavailable. On the other hand, poor product quality was a common source of dissatisfaction for both Zigzag and Ably.
