Is it okay if I wear this to work?

I added it to my cart thinking I'd check it out before buying, but people are telling me not to. Is it okay to wear this to work? I like both colors. If I were to wear it, I think I'd pair it with a long skirt like in the second outfit. What do you think if a colleague came to work dressed like this? Please give me some objective advice.
