Recommendations for affordable lip and eye removers

As far as I remember, the Etude Lip & Eye Remover was a cleansing product I received as a free gift when I bought other cosmetics!

Since it was affordable, I didn't have high expectations for the product's quality. However, it removes eyeliner and mascara really well without any issues, so I am still using it very well!

The blue color is pretty, and I really liked that the scent wasn't too strong. It feels like I don't get tired of it easily!

Still, the best part is the price!

Etude is a brand I really love because it is affordable yet has great product quality.
