I'm using Clio's lip and eye remover, and it removes makeup very thoroughly.

I found it very useful for removing eyeliner and eye makeup.

Usually, lip and eye removers leave some residue even after use, so I tend to use oil, but I highly recommend this product because if you shake it before use, it is less sticky than oil and removes makeup well.
