I solve the waterproof mascara and eyeliner problem in one go with this.
The oil and water layers are separated, so simply shake well to mix them before use, apply it to a cotton pad, and use. It is gentle and non-irritating even if it gets in the eyes.
Etude, you shouldn't discontinue this.
I've been using it for over 10 years, haha.
