It performs well and is affordable, so I've been using only this for over 10 years.
Even stubborn mascara comes off completely if you soak a cotton pad generously, place it on your eyes, and wash it off for about 20 minutes.
Removing eyeliner or pearl eyeshadow is a piece of cake.
There is no eye irritation either.
It's an item you absolutely must stock up on if it gets discontinued.
