This is Apieu Mineral Lip & Eye Remover.
I can confidently say that this product is the best value for money among all lip and eye removers, in my opinion.
It is currently being sold for around 3,000 won per 100ml via Coupang Rocket Delivery, so it is really affordable, and the effects are absolutely great.
It is gentle so it doesn't sting the eyes, and it removes even waterproof products easily and cleanly.
This remover is my holy grail; I've lost count of how many bottles I've emptied already. Since it's sold in a large size, it's great to use generously without worrying about the price.
