Is there an eye remover with really good cleansing power?

It seems like regular removers don't come off if you use a setting spray. Actually, I've been using Ponds remover for a long time, but I'm getting a bit tired of it, so I'm thinking of switching.

Is there a remover that cleans well without irritation?
