This is the Face It White Lip & Eye Remover, which offers great value for money. I think it's only possible to buy a remover for just 1,000 won because it's from Daiso. I use it to remove my eyebrows when I draw them too darkly. Since I'm a man, drawing them naturally is key. It's 110ml, so I wonder when I'll finish it? I have a feeling it will last me another 10 years, so if you're looking for something affordable, I recommend it.
