Lemon Sparkling Water Remover

I used Point Lemon Sparkling Water Lip & Eye Remover.

Shake to mix the carbonated water and oil, soak a cotton pad in the mixture, and wipe.

If you gently press the mascara on and then wipe it off, it comes off cleanly.
