It's Nature Republic eyebrow pencil.

This is the Nature Republic eyebrow product I've been using for a long time. I don't wear much makeup, so I don't do eye makeup separately, but out of a sense of conscience, I feel like I should at least have eyebrows, so I just draw this on when I go out haha. I used the brown shade when my hair was dyed, and now that I have black hair, I'm using dark gray. I don't really think there are any downsides. The color payoff is good, and it washes off easily with facial cleanser. I'm really enjoying using it^^
