The eyebrow pencil I have been using and repurchasing for a long time is the Etude Drawing Eyebrow :-)
The pencil tip is flat, so there is no better pencil for shaping eyebrows! The other end has a screw brush attached, so it's the best for smudging too!
It's affordable, so you'll definitely get your money's worth with just one purchase~ My eyebrows are light, so I'm using shade #3 Brown!
There are various colors available, so please test them out before purchasing 👍🏻
