It's a 3CE product, and I recommend it to anyone looking for natural-looking eyebrows!
The applicator is also unique and surprisingly convenient, designed so that the eyebrow product comes up when you lift it like a utility knife.
It doesn't draw too dark and provides a perfectly natural, not overwhelming color payoff, so it is my current favorite eyebrow product.
