Too Cool for School Pencil, a failed item I bought with my own money

Today's self-purchased "failure" is this pencil. It is Too Cool for School Art Class Protoge #9 Sheer Nude. I overlooked the fact that my skin tone is a tanned warm tone, so when I tried to apply such a delicate shade, it didn't show up no matter how much I layered it. Also, the advantage of this pencil is that it can be used as eyeshadow, blush, and highlighter, but my eyelids started hurting so much from constantly layering it while doing my makeup that I gave up. I realized that no matter how pretty something is or how much I want to try it, finding the right color for myself is the most important thing.
