So Natural Red Peel Tinkle Serum... Is it supposed to sting this much?

I had a sample, so I tried using it when washing my face in the evening.

Wow, it stings so, so, so much. Enough to make me scream. They told me to apply it, roll it in, and then wash it off, but rolling it in my head and I just screamed and couldn't stand it anymore, so I washed it off.

But I think the effects are really good. I was so distracted by the stinging that I don't know how long I left it on, but just applying it briefly and washing it off made my face smooth. It probably would have been even better if I had spent the time rolling it in properly. But it stings so much ㅠㅠ I wondered if this is how the product is supposed to be, so I looked it up and found out its nickname is "curse serum"...

It’s as painful as it is effective, and since reviews say it gets less painful with continued use, I do want to try it again, but I’ll have to think a bit about whether I can buy the full-size product and endure the pain to finish it haha.
