Isoi Emergency Prescription Ampoule

What do you use when your skin breaks out? I use the Isoi Acne Doctor Speedy Emergency Spot Treatment. It works so well that it's nicknamed the "blue fire extinguisher." The texture isn't watery, nor is it thick, but it is on the thinner side for an ampoule. It absorbs well, but the scent is a bit like alcohol, so I don't really like it.
