Wellage Blue Ampoule is moisturizing.

This ampoule is apparently famous~ I bought it at Olive Young, and I became interested because it was highly recommended on YouTube as well.

It's not super special, but I liked that it wasn't heavy even when applying multiple layers. It spreads well.
