Patheon Noscarine Blemish Ampoule

It is the Patheon Noscarinane Trouble Mark Ampoule.

I bought this because of the good reviews, but I didn't see any effect even after using up the whole bottle. I know it is difficult to remove blemishes or hyperpigmentation, but even on recent breakouts (not just old ones), the speed of fading wasn't much different from when I didn't apply it. It was a disappointing ampoule.
