MONC Royal Honey & Ginseng Essential Toner

This is the MONC Royal Honey & Ginseng Essential Toner that I have been using consistently lately.

It is an essence water containing honey, ginseng, and oil ingredients.

After cleansing and applying basic skincare, consistently I've been using it and it's moisturizing and great. The scent isn't overpowering, and it absorbs quickly into the skin, so my face feels soft in the morning.

Since it is the change of seasons, I am applying it thoroughly these days.
