Are there any functional products that smooth out wrinkles on the upper lip?

I developed wrinkles on my lips while doing an at-home derma program, and it upsets me every time I see them.

I don't usually groom my hair at home, but after getting a recommendation and doing the first session, I was so happy to see that some old spots seemed to shrink slightly that I went for a second session. However, perhaps because the timing was off, wrinkles formed on the upper part of my lips and neck.

It feels like it has weakened a bit over time, but it bothers me a lot every day.

Please recommend a functional product that smooths wrinkles.
