Can I use the HEARTLEAF BHA PEELING PAD eraser hard?

I am using the HEARTLEAF BHA PEELING PAD eraser. It is so good that I am using it so well that I regret buying it a little late.
But when I wash my face and wipe it with this, I guess I get a bit greedy, because I find myself wiping with a little more force, intending to remove impurities. I was wondering if it's okay to irritate my face by applying that much force.
It's not like my face is turning red... but is it right to wipe it with a little more force?
