Do I really need to use an essence serum?
2026.03.15 20:59
I am wondering if I absolutely have to use both an essence and a serum. I am told to apply either an essence or a serum after the skin toner, but I am not sure if it is better to use both or if using just one is sufficient.
Some people say it is better to use the essence and serum together, while others say you don't necessarily need to use both.
I am wondering if it depends on skin condition, or if using just one is sufficient.
I would appreciate it if you could also tell me the criteria for choosing essences or serums, as well as the order of use.

- 02CommentsI also suffered from small pimples for a while. They can appear if your oil-water balance is off or your skin becomes dry. First of all, it is important to moisturize thoroughly. My skin improved after using Wellage ampoules and Estra products. I also recommend Easydew cream.861126.10.25
- 03CommentsI'm sorry to hear that the Cicaplast Balm didn't suit you. Since your skin becomes sensitive after a procedure, even products that usually work well can be irritating. Please stop using it for now and try using a moisturizer with simple ingredients first, gradually. Personally, I think it would be a good idea to start by testing a small amount of a moisturizing product containing ceramide, such as Estra Atobarrier 365 Cream.782126.10.23
