Internal dryness and skin troubles as I gain weight… Is essence the answer?

My skin concerns have worsened recently as I have gained weight. My skin looks oily on the surface but is dry underneath, causing itching and constant breakouts, which is really distressing. I try to apply moisturizer diligently, but it doesn't feel hydrated deep down, and the tightness returns quickly.

So lately, I’ve been wondering, "Is a moisturizer alone not enough? Should I add an essence?" I’ve heard that essences can replenish moisture deep within the skin, and I’m curious if it actually helps improve inner dryness and breakouts.

Has anyone else experienced skin sensitivity and severe internal dryness due to weight changes, just like me? It would be a huge help if you could share whether using an essence instead of a moisturizer or combining them was effective, and what specific products or routines helped you.

    저도 러닝하면서 배가 간지러워서  매일 오일을 발라주고 있어요.. 염증 수치가 높아서 그런거 같아요.. 물 많이 마시고 살 빼는 수 밖에 없을 거 같아요
