Is this the correct way to use Dominac Cream?

I had a mole removed recently, and now that the scab has fallen off, the spot looks a bit pink.

I apply a skin regeneration cream, and before going to bed at night, I apply Dominac Cream.

I apply Dominac Cream last after my basic skincare routine, and I am wondering if this is the correct way to do it.

I feel like basic skincare products won't absorb because a skin barrier forms. Every time I apply Dominac Cream, I wonder if I should wipe the area clean beforehand.

Also, if I don't go out, I think it would have a whitening effect if I applied it during the day. Is it okay to use it during the day?
