Cosmetics that are good for milia.

I haven't been getting rid of my tiny pimples since high school.
When I go to the dermatologist for a procedure, it strangely disappears for about a week and then comes back, so after that happened a few times, I stopped going to the dermatologist.
Milia are actually quite stressful.
So I looked it up, and I heard the product in the picture is really effective. Has anyone tried it? Or do you have any recommendations for cosmetics that are good for small bumps?
