Can you manage pores with just an ampoule? Has anyone tried the Dermela Pore Ampoule?

My skin has a thin stratum corneum, so it gets sensitive quickly when I use a cleansing toner. Lately, I've been trying to improve my skin texture using only ampoules, but I'm not sure if they actually tighten pores, so I'm wondering if there might be a more effective product. I've seen a lot of posts saying that The Mela products absorb quickly and help with pore cleansing. Please let me know your experience if you've actually used them!
