I am curious about good ways to remove blemishes.

Lately, every time I look in the mirror, I feel a little down.

Even when washing my face in the morning, the blemishes on my face are the first thing that catches my eye.

I used to just brush it off, but lately, I get self-conscious when meeting friends or going to family gatherings, so I even hesitate to take photos. I've been looking into various ways to remove blemishes, but they aren't disappearing as easily as I'd hoped.

I used to enjoy going out for walks on sunny days, but lately I hesitate for no reason because of the UV rays, and it even feels like a hassle to carry a hat and sunscreen.

I wonder if I really need to be this stressed just to remove blemishes, but I am worried because they seem to be getting darker if I just leave them alone. I wish there were methods I could incorporate into my daily life. If I consistently remove blemishes, will my skin really improve? I want to smile comfortably with a clear face even as I get older.
