Are there any blemish care ampoules that make you feel the difference after using just one bottle?

I don't have high expectations for melasma because it seems difficult to get rid of it with cosmetics, but I've tried various whitening products hoping they might help prevent small blemishes that are just starting to appear or have only recently formed. However, surprisingly, almost none of the products have been effective for blemish care. Even the ones that did show results only brightened my skin tone, while the blemishes remained the same. Even then, I had to use several bottles over a long period to barely feel any difference. The product I am currently using is the Eucerin Even Radiance Duo Ampoule shown in the picture. Although this one was disappointing for blemish care, it did make my skin tone clearer and brighter, so it was good for correcting the darkened skin tone caused by a summer tan. I have emptied several bottles of this ampoule since the year before last. However, the quantity is small... since each bottle is only 15ml, I use them up way too quickly. If you could call it a plus that I finish the bottle before I get tired of it, that is an advantage, but since it is a bit pricey compared to the volume, I want to try a different whitening ampoule once I finish this one. Ideally, I would like to get recommendations for products that are effective for blemish care before I buy them. If there is a whitening ampoule you have tried that you found particularly effective for blemish care, please recommend it.
