Please recommend home care cosmetics to get rid of freckles and blemishes.

Hello, I am someone who has been struggling with melasma and blemishes since this summer. Since I have naturally acne-prone skin, skin troubles have always been my biggest concern. However, this year, dark spots have suddenly started appearing, and while acne is a problem, I am under a lot of stress because of the dark spots under my eyes. I even got a prescription for Melano Cream from a dermatologist and tried it, but perhaps I used the wrong amount, as it was too irritating and difficult to use every day. So, I am looking for cosmetics for daily home care. To be honest, I have bought a lot of whitening products lately, but since they are home care items, I don't really feel like my melasma and blemishes are noticeably fading. Still, I try buying and trying new products just in case there might be a good one. I heard that Daewoong Pharmaceutical's ampoules are good; has anyone tried them and seen results? Or, please recommend any good daily cosmetics for home care regarding melasma and blemishes.
