Yesterday, I had the great opportunity to attend a lecture on aromatherapy oil therapy. Since it is a field I am usually interested in, I listened with my ears perked up. The class involves making handmade aromatherapy oils using the oil that ranked first in each of the 10 types of oils—4 for mood regulation and 6 for emotion regulation—that were ranked in their respective categories.
I am full of energy and want to do something new, but I was feeling a bit lost and searching for motivation. It turned out that this was represented by the citrus family.
They say I need to use it up within three weeks, assuming the mood fluctuates. I'm planning to heal with some refreshing citrus.
